My Ethos
As a contemporary jewellery designer and maker, I aim to create jewellery that’s not only beautiful but also made with care and integrity. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to showcase individuality and creativity, while also being gentle on the environment. I believe in the importance of minimising the impact we have on our beautiful planet. This isn’t always easy when making jewellery which has a complicated history, but I do the very best I can.
For me, it’s about crafting meaningful jewellery you can feel good about wearing.
Beautifully Crafted, Responsibly Made
I want my jewellery to bring beauty into the world, but in a way that also respects the environment and the people behind it. That’s why sustainability is a key part of everything I do—from carefully choosing materials to using responsible production methods. I’m always looking for ways to make my workshop more eco-friendly, keeping waste to a minimum and recycling as much as possible.
Legacy of Craftsmanship
Crafting a lasting connection between my jewellery and the person who wears it to create something you will cherish for years, not just for a season.
By focusing on sustainable practices, I aim to make jewellery that’s timeless and made to last, so you can enjoy it for many years to come.
Crafting with Integrity
I carefully source the materials I use always prioritising ethical and sustainable options. Each piece of jewellery is carefully crafted with respect for both the materials and the people behind them. It’s all about staying true to ethical values and caring for the well-being of both people and planet.
Whenever possible I use recycled gold and silver, reducing the need for newly mined metals and conserving natural resources. I also recycle as much of my own left over metal as possible. Any silver or gold I can’t recycle myself is sent off to be melted down and made into new sheet and wire ready to be made into new pieces of jewellery. Every bit of precious metal from bits of sheet to the dust made when filing is kept and recycled so not a bit of these metals is wasted.
